This group  provides a way for single, politically progressive people to meet other people who share a similar world view. The age range is 40+. Events will not necessarily be political, but will be aimed at creating enjoyable experiences such as attending live concerts (blues, rock, classical, etc),  dances, hiking, watching documentaries or indie films, or simply sharing a nice meal or snack together at a local hangout.

This group was started to bring together a community of dedicated yogis and yoginis who are seeking to transform their lives through the practice of Restorative, Yin, and Gentle Vinyasa and Hatha yoga. The group is dedicated to not only practicing yoga and meditation, but also forming a compassionate and supportive community of spiritual seekers looking to positively transform themselves and the world around them.
